Morgan Business Consulting is dedicated to achieving client outcomes and fostering a positive work environment. They are seeking a Mid-Level Acquisition Analyst to provide acquisition and programmatic expertise and support, primarily at the Washington Navy Yard.

Responsibilities
Develop Spend Plans, including tracking appropriations
Assist with execution of funding and data calls such as 7300's, Obligation Phasing Plan (OPP), SCN Execution Review (SER), execution reviews, and funding deep dives, as requested
Update weekly briefs, develop presentations, and maintain records management
Provide meeting support including meeting minutes, agenda support, coordination and facilitation, etc
Contribute to the effective analysis and management of incoming and outgoing actions items assigned from meetings, telecoms, or emails
Draft, coordinate and review Purchase Requisition (PR) drafts for new contract requirements and modifications to established contracts. Input PR information into system
Support development and review of various acquisition documents: Acquisition Strategy, Acquisition Plan, Justification & Approval, Statements of Work
Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC’s clients. These requirements are subject to change without advance notice at the discretion of MBC and MBC’s clients
Qualification
Required
Active DoD Secret security clearance
Bachelor's degree from a university or college accredited in the United States
5 years relevant work experience
Demonstrated experience in execution of funding
Demonstrated experience responding to data calls including 7300s, Obligation Phase Planning (OPP), SCN Execution Review (SER)
A deep understanding of MS Office products
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
Attend meetings and provide onsite/in-person support as required
