Responsibilities
Lead the preparation and processing of weekly and biweekly payrolls, ensuring accurate wages, deductions, taxes, and compliance across multiple locations
Manage payroll workflows and maintain data integrity across systems such as ERP LN, Ceridian Dayforce, and electronic timekeeping platforms
Serve as the go‑to expert on payroll, benefits, HRIS administration, and personnel cost reporting
Support employees by addressing payroll questions and resolving issues in a timely, service‑oriented manner
Administer employee benefit programs—including onboarding, open enrollment, COBRA, disability claims, and regulatory filings
Review and audit benefit enrollments, billing accuracy, and dependent eligibility; collaborate with Accounting on quarterly and year‑end audits
Build and maintain personnel cost plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in partnership with HR and Finance
Create and manage databases to track key HR metrics, KPIs, and monthly personnel cost data
Prepare monthly HR reports, forecast updates, and ad hoc analyses for leadership
Support monthly close activities and ensure accurate allocation and reconciliation of payroll and benefit costs
Contribute to internal and external audits related to HR processes, payroll, and benefit programs
Identify opportunities to enhance HR operations through process improvements, automation, and cost optimization
Qualification
Required
Detail-driven HR professional
Experience in payroll processing and administration
Knowledge of payroll compliance across multiple locations
Experience with ERP LN, Ceridian Dayforce, and electronic timekeeping platforms
Expertise in payroll, benefits, HRIS administration, and personnel cost reporting
Ability to address payroll questions and resolve issues in a timely manner
Experience administering employee benefit programs including onboarding, open enrollment, COBRA, disability claims, and regulatory filings
Ability to review and audit benefit enrollments, billing accuracy, and dependent eligibility
Experience collaborating with Accounting on quarterly and year-end audits
Ability to build and maintain personnel cost plans including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Experience creating and managing databases to track key HR metrics, KPIs, and monthly personnel cost data
