Responsibilities

Attend daily coordination meetings with Project Open Arms senior leadership
Communicate with families in their native language to collect additional information needed to connect families to support
Maintain logs of family interactions and referrals to legal services

Required

Bilingual in Spanish, French, Mandarin, or other high-need languages
Ability to conduct outreach to families in shelters and temporary housing
Experience in gathering critical information to connect families to legal supports
Ability to connect families to legal counsel and immigration services
Experience supporting in-person and virtual 'Know Your Rights' and 'Guardianship Trainings'
Ability to attend daily coordination meetings with Project Open Arms senior leadership
Ability to communicate with families in their native language to collect additional information needed to connect families to support
Experience maintaining logs of family interactions and referrals to legal services
