Responsibilities
Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs to include benefits administration, employment relations, compliance and audit for all regions
Monitor changes within our global regions and US federal, state, and local employment laws
Partner with Legal to process Work Authorization applications
Partner with Global EORs as needed to administer benefits and compliance
Run reports and/or trends as it relates to benefits, leave, and compliance
Handle employment-related inquiries from team members, and managers
Maintain knowledge of global HR trends and best practices
Help with coordination of onsite and/or offsite social events on an as needed basis
Perform other duties as assigned and support other departments as needed
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred working within a fast growing organization
Strong ability to drive things forward and proactive approach to day-to-day tasks
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
PHR and CP certification a plus
