Account Manager
Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to manage key customer accounts and drive new business in the aluminum casting industry. The role involves building lasting relationships with customers, developing quotes, negotiating contracts, and ensuring sales targets are met.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow multiple customer accounts
Serve as the primary customer contact, conducting onsite visits and building lasting relationships
Develop quotes (RFQs), negotiate contracts, and execute Customer Action Plans (CAPs)
Monitor sales projections and customer KPIs to ensure targets are consistently met
Conduct market research and stay ahead of industry trends
Collaborate with APQP teams and coordinate between customers and production
Qualification
Required
5+ years in metal casting manufacturing with strong customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
