Responsibilities
Assist with daily administrative tasks for the Janitorial Department
Maintain staff schedules, attendance logs, and shift rosters
Track and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Prepare and file reports related to cleaning operations and maintenance
Support communication between janitorial staff and other stadium departments
Help onboard new janitorial team members by organizing paperwork and orientation materials
Respond to internal requests for urgent cleaning needs during events
Maintain organized filing systems for department records
Assist with payroll and timesheet processing
Coordinate safety meetings and training sessions
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and game days
Preferred
1–2 years of clerical or administrative experience preferred
Experience in a stadium or large venue setting is a plus
