Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and machine learning systems that drive measurable business impact
Deliver predictive, generative, and prescriptive models using modern ML, deep learning, and reinforcement learning techniques
Develop and operationalize LLM-based systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and other agent orchestration tools for reasoning, automation, and workflow integration
Build and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines, from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring in production environments
Ensure data integrity, scalability, and reproducibility across large, complex datasets
Explore new AI paradigms (LLMs, multimodal learning, autonomous agents) and translate research advances into deployable, high-value solutions
Partner with engineering and product teams to embed AI capabilities into core systems and products
Guide peers and junior scientists in best practices for model experimentation, validation, and continuous improvement
Communicate analytical insights and model outcomes clearly to technical and executive audiences
Qualification
Required
Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
10+ years in applied AI, machine learning, or data science, including hands-on experience with large language models, agent frameworks, and production-level AI systems
Expert proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikitlearn
Strong understanding of transformer architectures, fine-tuning, and model alignment techniques
Experience with LLM frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI APIs)
Proficiency in SQL and ML pipeline orchestration (Airflow, Dataflow, Kubeflow)
Familiarity with MLOps best practices including CI/CD for ML, model serving, and monitoring
Experience with distributed data and compute frameworks (Spark, Ray, Hadoop)
Deep technical rigor with a focus on reproducibility, scalability, and measurable business impact
Ability to translate complex research into production-ready systems
Clear technical communication across engineering and leadership teams
Preferred
Preference for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience, including BigQuery, Vertex AI, and Dataflow
