Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities
Lead the charge on full-cycle recruiting: source, interview, and directly hire incredible team members who embody our values
Own the phone: Conduct friendly, high-energy phone interviews that get to the heart of each candidate’s potential and fit
Collaborate: Partner with our hiring managers to craft creative job descriptions and understand our evolving talent needs
Innovate: Use job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to discover hidden gems—your next great hire could be anywhere!
Maintain Momentum: Keep our applicant tracking system organized and our recruitment process smooth as butter
Build Relationships: Create meaningful connections—with candidates, managers, and external partners
Be a Brand Champion: Help showcase WellRive as a fantastic place to work through positive candidate experiences and a welcoming communication style
Report & Improve: Track key recruiting metrics to help us get even better at what we do
Pitch in: Jump into HR projects as needed—variety is the spice of (work) life!
Qualification
Required
Experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field
Knowledge of ATS and HR software
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple tasks and conversations simultaneously
Approachable, empathetic, and a fantastic communicator, especially over the phone
Ability to build relationships and make everyone feel valued
Discretion, professionalism, and a commitment to confidentiality
Adaptable and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and smartphone
