Senior Insurance Producer
Lakeview Household Insurance Solutions is a provider of property and casualty insurance solutions, targeting mortgage holders across the United States. The Senior Insurance Producer role requires a high-performing sales professional to manage inbound and outbound sales calls, sell insurance to existing mortgage clients, and mentor early-career associates.

Responsibilities
Manage both inbound and outbound sales calls for personal lines insurance
Sell insurance to a captive portfolio of existing mortgage clients
Accurately bind insurance applications in compliance with internal and insurance carrier guidelines
Consistently meet or exceed production goals set by management
Use internal systems to maintain product knowledge, document sales and manage sales pipeline
Use excellent follow-up skills to ensure targeted conversion rates are met
Act as a peer mentor to early-career Insurance Sales Associates, sharing sales techniques, product knowledge, and client engagement strategies
Complete licensing coursework and obtain a Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license within the required timeframe as a condition of employment and maintain it through continuing education and compliance
Qualification
Required
High School diploma required; college degree strongly preferred
5+ years of high-performance sales experience in a call center or telesales environment required. Insurance experience a plus, but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business software
Demonstrated understanding of insurance industry regulations, compliance standards, and personal insurance fundamentals (e.g., home, auto, liability coverages)
Self-starter with a high level of energy, motivation, and a positive outlook
Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette; bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
Strong attention to detail and results-oriented, with a customer-first mindset
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building and follow-through
Strong written communication abilities
Proficiency with comparative raters, CRM systems, and digital sales tools in a fast-paced environment
Must obtain a Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License within the designated timeframe after hire
Preferred
Previous experience in a call center environment preferred
Active license at time of hire is preferred but not required
