Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end project delivery across multiple programs (Policy, Billing, Claims, and Digital)
Manage scope, schedules, budgets, SLAs, and KPIs for all engagements
Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and governance frameworks
Drive performance reviews, risk mitigation, and proactive problem-solving
Partner with client CXOs to define and execute multi-year digital transformation roadmaps
Lead modernization initiatives - legacy platform migration, process re-engineering, cloud adoption, and automation
Introduce innovation through AI, analytics, and workflow orchestration
Track and report transformation KPIs, business impact, and ROI
Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business priorities
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the account through delivery excellence
Collaborate with Insurance Practice teams to create case studies and reusable transformation frameworks
Support renewals alongside Business Head
Lead distributed onshore–offshore teams with a focus on ownership and accountability
Drive talent planning, onboarding, and capability building in partnership with HR and Operations Head
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and collaboration
Qualification
Required
10–14 years of experience in delivery management and transformation leadership within insurance or financial services
Proven track record managing distributed delivery teams and large programs
Deep understanding of insurance business processes (Policy, Billing, Claims)
Experience in digital transformation, automation, or cloud migration programs
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and leadership presence
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business (MBA or PMP/CSM preferred)
Florida / Texas based / Willing to relocate to Melbourne, FL or Dallas, TX
Preferred
Experience with leading insurance platforms (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or equivalent)
Exposure to AI/ML initiatives or Generative AI–based engineering productivity tools
Familiarity with ITIL, SLA/KPI governance models, and compliance-driven delivery
Background in consulting or vendor management with strategic insurance clients
