Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Safely transport major appliances to customer locations
Install appliances according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards
Provide exceptional customer service during delivery and installation
Inspect appliances for defects before delivery
Communicate effectively with customers to address any questions or concerns
Maintain a clean and organized work environment and vehicle
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient delivery schedules
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift heavy appliances (up to 100 lbs) and perform physical tasks
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of appliance installation and troubleshooting
Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred
Experience in logistics or delivery is a plus
