Responsibilities
Ensures that the receiving area office is never left unattended/unlocked
Never permits the receiving area to be blocked
Schedules freight elevator for residents moving in and out advance adhering to Association Policy
Registers all delivers and packages (i.e. Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, registered mail)
Reports all problems to the supervisor, including problems outside of scope of responsibility
Issues parking passes to all approved vehicles
Registers and distributes ID passes to all contractors
Monitors the coming and going of service contractors and building repair and maintenance contractors through logs
Completes required reports
Ensures all safety precautions are followed while performing work
Maintains a safe work area
Other duties as required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalency required
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Previous experienced preferred
Multiple language fluency is desirable
