Geosteering Sales Manager
PerformWell Geosteering is a premier provider of geosteering and specialized geological consulting services for global exploration and production companies. The Geosteering Sales Manager will develop and maintain strong client relationships, pursue business development opportunities, and lead sales initiatives to achieve company growth objectives.

Developing and maintaining strong client relationships

Working with technical teams to customize service offerings
Managing client accounts
Staying updated on industry trends to ensure tailored solutions meet client needs
Traveling to meet with clients and participate in trade shows or industry events
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of sales success, building client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities in the energy sector
Understanding of geosteering services, geological operations, and key software used in the E&P industry
Strong presentation, negotiation, and verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams
Ability to evaluate client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their operational goals
Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams and leading sales initiatives to drive results
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Geology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
