Responsibilities
Actively cross-sell additional products and services by identifying the financial needs of current and prospective members and offers appropriate credit union solutions
Promotes business for the Credit Union by maintaining good member relations and referring members to appropriate in-house personnel and Credit Union affiliates for new services
Assist in attaining established Credit Union and branch goals through active participation and promotion of sales management activities including outbound calling program
Assumes responsibility and is accountable for adherence to Credit Union policies and procedures
Handles routine member inquiries, financial transactions, account maintenance and problem resolution in an accurate and timely manner
Actively participates in in-house consumer lending training to prepare for basic lending limits
Maintains a working knowledge of all Credit Union products and services
Ability to assist at other branches in the region based on staffing needs
May assist the teller line, as needed to include processing teller transactions and mentoring tellers
Travel as required for training and development
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED and minimum of two years of experience in a financial institution
Knowledge of banking rules and regulations
Excellent oral and written communication skills
