Partner with marketing and sales to test new engagement strategies
Generate qualified pipeline through quality interactions, not volume
Help define what market development looks like at a fast-growing startup creating a new category
Qualification
Required
2-4 years in tech/B2B/SaaS sales
Understanding of buying cycles
Ability to talk ROI
Desire to build relationships rather than send cold emails
Excitement about trying new approaches
Ability to ask 'what if we tried...' in meetings
Enjoyment of working with people and ability to build rapport
