This newly created role will support core accounting operations and report directly to the Controller, providing mentorship and driving process improvements during a period of growth.

Responsibilities
Support oversight of accounting operations including close, reporting, and compliance
Partner with the Controller on month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting deliverables
Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvement initiatives
Coordinate with external auditors across U.S. and international audit requirements
Provide mentorship and guidance to accounting staff as the team scales
Assist in building scalable reporting structures as the organization continues to grow globally
Deliver insights and analysis to support strategic finance decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
6+ years of progressive accounting management experience
2-3+ years of prior managerial experience
Strong GAAP knowledge and experience in complex reporting environments
International or multi-entity experience
CPA required
