Lead engineering for an AI-powered workflow platform supporting sensitive, time-critical processes in a regulated environment
Build and scale an engineering team partnering closely with operations, service teams, and domain specialists
Drive technical architecture for agentic workflow automation, document ingestion, classification, and compliance-aware systems
Own the roadmap for systems that manage multi-step, stateful workflows across multiple jurisdictions
Implement scalable engineering processes while maintaining a high-touch, human-centered service experience
Qualification
Required
7+ years of engineering leadership experience in regulated industries or complex workflow platforms
