EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE AND TALENT INTERN
New Hope Treatment Centers is seeking an Employee Experience & Talent Intern to support their HR department. The intern will assist with administrative tasks, employee record-keeping, recruitment, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist and support in the initiative to move to paperless employee files by year-end
Input employee data into the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
Assist with filing paperwork, including employee offers, performance reviews, and other EE&T documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws by maintaining accurate records
Assist in preparing EE&T reports and maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations
Help organize and prepare materials for audits or other compliance-related processes
Provide administrative support to EE&T management in day-to-day tasks
Handle various ad hoc EE&T projects assigned by team
Qualification
Required
Must be in school for a Bachelor's degree
Must be 21 years old
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Basic understanding of labor laws and EE&T best practices
