Responsibilities
Responsible for overall revenue performance to support informed decision-making and drive business impact
Support strategic transformation initiatives
Partner with STU Sales, Offerings, GTM, and MCAPS Finance on topics related to sales
Partner with MCAPS Finance across solution areas to understand business direction and summarize key themes for leadership
Build financial models and decision-support frameworks at worldwide and area levels
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience
Preferred
Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR equivalent experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR equivalent experience
1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles
1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization
1+ year(s) work experience in the technology or software industry
MBA preferred
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power BI
Advanced experience managing complex and dynamic financial models with multiple tiers of inputs and outputs; experience working with large data sets is preferred
