Product Manager - Retail Product Lines 3
HireTalent is a staffing and recruiting firm seeking a Product Manager for Retail Product Lines. The role involves managing projects for training apparel, leading product and design reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and insights.

Responsibilities
Manage projects for Training apparel
Keep projects on track
Be a decision maker
Lead product and design reviews
Connect with merchandising at key strategy check-ins
Participate in cross-functional meetings
Create compelling visual tools to influence design, merchandising and our downstream geography partners
Define and drive a vision and product strategy that transcends the sport and drives energy at retail
Work with design and merchandising to enable clear storytelling all the way to athletes and consumers
Partner with sports marketing, Apparel training athletes and consumers to gather insights and product approval
Qualification
Required
Bachelors' Degree in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Business, an equivalent to 2 additional years' relevant work experience or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in product-related roles
Product management experience and knowledge in performance apparel a plus
Experience in global product creation for training apparel
Existing product or merchandising experience
Experience in high cross functionality with large teams
Preferred
Apparel systems experience - quick ramp up so knowledge of Apparel's systems and processes is a HUGE plus
Proficient in keynote, excel, Miro, big plus is MMX (an internal Apparel tool - HM does not know of similar tools)
Personal interest or experience in training fitness - ideally interest outside of work experience
