Director of Product Management
Our client is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead product strategy, execution, and lifecycle management for a portfolio of digital products that drive business growth and customer value. This role is responsible for translating company strategy and market insights into a clear product vision, roadmap, and prioritized initiatives.

Responsibilities
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives and market opportunities
Lead and mentor Product Managers, fostering strong product thinking, accountability, and execution excellence
Partner with Engineering and Design to ensure high-quality product delivery across the full development lifecycle
Translate business goals, customer insights, and data into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs
Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations
Establish and monitor product KPIs, success metrics, and outcome-based goals
Own product discovery processes, including customer research, usability testing, and validation of solutions
Make informed prioritization and tradeoff decisions based on impact, effort, and strategic value
Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to executive stakeholders and the broader organization
Continuously improve product management processes, tools, and operating rhythms
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading product strategy and execution in technology-driven organizations
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, discovery, and delivery best practices
Ability to define and communicate product vision, roadmaps, and success metrics
Experience managing and mentoring Product Managers
Data-driven decision-making skills with experience using analytics to guide prioritization
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive and non-technical audiences
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Preferred
8–12+ years of experience in Product Management, including leadership roles
Experience in SaaS, cloud-based, or product-led organizations
Background working closely with engineering teams on complex technical products
Experience scaling products and product teams in high-growth environments
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other modern product development methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus
