Senior Manager, Market Intelligence and Strategy
DHL eCommerce is dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive work environment, and they are seeking a Senior Manager for Market Intelligence and Strategy. This role involves leading market analysis, driving strategic initiatives, and collaborating with senior leadership to align enterprise priorities with clear work plans and success metrics.

Responsibilities
Conduct regular logistics market analysis based on but not limited to research studies (e.g. Colography)
Create and maintain a process of sourcing, streamlining and sharing information from all facets of live/ recent market data (competition, customer, industry, regulations, etc) to the relevant groups of stakeholders across the company in a timely fashion
Buildup, maintain and share knowledge base including information on competitors, e-commerce market and trends (customer, vendors and industry)
Provide support in defining DHLeC value proposition and strategic fit based on e-commerce sector trends, customer needs, competitors dynamics and internal capabilities
Support PMO office
Lead planning, execution, and governance of cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities
Partner with senior leadership to translate executive objectives into clear workplans, milestones, and success metrics across assigned programs/ initiatives
Drive accountability across teams by establishing reporting cadences, project dashboards, and KPIs for major initiatives
Act as a central coordination point for initiatives that cut across multiple functions, mitigating risks and highlighting roadblocks to Sr. Management
Facilitate executive reviews and prepare high-quality materials for C-suite and Board-level discussions
Support the governance, communication and alignment of our strategy to key stakeholder groups; notably Corporate, Head Office, and the other DHL eCommerce regions
Drive select Strategic Initiatives
Responsible for leading end-to-end development & implementation of prioritized initiatives across functions; conduct alignment of responsibilities for the delivery and provide guidance to functional leads, continuously monitor progress of initiatives and report to the leadership team, serve as an escalation point for arising challenges and facilitate issue resolution
Conduct numerical and qualitative analyses of proposed initiatives, evaluate required resources and organization effort to execute; prioritize initiatives jointly with the senior leadership team

Required
Strong overall business acumen with the ability to structure and analyze business problems, execute business analyses and effectively prioritize goals and tasks
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, drive actions and evaluate outcomes
Cross-functional project management skills with a demonstrated record of achieving organizational alignment, managing conflicting objectives, resolving conflicts, and delivering results on budget and on time
Demonstrated record of partnering with teams across the organization and influencing to achieve business results across multiple teams who may have different goals
Proven ability of taking ownership, managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and successfully delivering results in a fast pace, dynamic environment
Excellent communication and persuasion skills, ability to understand various perspectives, demonstrated success in building buy-in for new ideas
Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder management skills
Solution-finder mentality with a proven record of proactive problem resolution often beyond own direct responsibilities
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or related filed required
10+ years of experience in strategy implementation, project management, product management and/ or supply chain operations
Experience working with C-level executives and managing high-visibility, enterprise-wide programs
Preferred
Management consulting experience is preferred
PMO certification is a plus
Experience in ecommerce, Business to Consumer (B2C) shipping or logistics
Knowledge of USPS postal regulations a plus
