Serve as a resource for and may audit sub-contracted installers
Complete the order verification process (virtual and in person)
Gather correct job site and product requirements
Clearly communicate the installation processes to set realistic expectations with homeowners
Provide installation recovery work as needed
Strive for 100% 'Very Satisfied' customers
