Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
Provide engaging, knowledgeable service to bar and dining room guests
Educate guests on our craft beer lineup and Alaska-inspired offerings
Maintain speed, consistency, and quality during high-volume service
Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service
Handle cash, tabs, and POS transactions accurately
Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized
Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management
Uphold all alcohol service, safety, and sanitation standards
Contribute to a fun, energetic, and guest-focused summer atmosphere
Qualification
Required
Previous bartending experience required (high-volume experience strongly preferred)
Solid knowledge of craft beer, cocktails, and responsible alcohol service
Friendly, confident, and guest-focused personality
Ability to multitask and stay organized during peak service times
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Available for the full season: May 4 – last week of September
Preferred
High-volume experience strongly preferred
