Responsibilities
Become a Canva product expert – Be the go-to resource for customers within 30 days. Lead complex enterprise onboardings, ensuring customers realize the full value of Canva’s platform
Partner 1:1 with clients – Develop tailored rollout frameworks that align Canva’s best practices with each customer’s business structure and goals. Ensuring a smooth and successful Canva launch for an evolving set of customers
Drive customer timelines and adoption – Understand customer business needs, align them with Canva’s best practices, and ensure strong product engagement
Co-build implementation processes – Collaborate to refine processes and best practices, ensuring team success
Understand customer use cases – Work closely with teams like Customer Education and Product to improve our Help Center and product experience
Qualification
Required
5+ years implementing SaaS or enterprise software for large, multi-region clients; experience managing strategic and complex rollouts
Proven ability to scope, plan, and deliver multi-phase projects with cross-functional stakeholders and executive visibility
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and building relationships
Creative and resourceful in finding solutions and always curious to understand the 'why' behind customer needs
Confident engaging with senior decision-makers, influencing cross-functional teams, and driving alignment across diverse business units from executives to front-line staff
Skilled at prioritizing, organizing, and managing multiple initiatives while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
