Responsibilities

Serve as a Learning & Development ambassador to advocate for the value and continued growth of learning initiatives within the firm
Maintain and audit all CPE/license credits for each class offered from the LMS or externally
Launch class invitations from LMS when applicable
Lead all logistics for training programs, including but not limited to training communications, ordering, supplies, print materials, shipping, expense report allocations and coordinating with internal teams on execution of logistics
Manage learning content and course/program completions via the LMS including course descriptions, reporting, completions, registrations and cancellations
Manage learning content vendor relationships and contracts
Responsible for coordinating all firm training audits and reviewing appropriate documentation in advance of the audit
Collaborate with senior leadership to create and conduct surveys designed to identify specific training needs within the firm
Manage communications and logistics of our shared email inbox and approval process
Any other duties assigned by the Senior Manager of Learning, Development & Engagement

Required

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Human Resources training or operations role
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field of study or any equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required
Working knowledge of a Learning Management Systems (LMS), LCVista preferred
Experience with training curriculum creation and participant tracking
Working knowledge of Project Management Software, Monday.com preferred
Experience managing vendor relationships
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A proactive, flexible, and solutions-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends to support learning and development events
