Modernising legacy backend services into containerised architectures

Qualification
Required
Strong Python (3.11+) expertise
Strong backend engineering skills
Experience driving cloud migrations
Experience with observability improvements
Experience with secure distributed systems
Experience modernising legacy backend services into containerised architectures
Experience leading Python/PHP upgrades and design reviews
Experience building robust monitoring and metrics pipelines (Prometheus/Grafana)
Experience supporting logging migrations (Splunk → Cloud solutions)
