Lead and oversee all HVAC operations to ensure high-quality service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Mentor, coach, and develop technicians, fostering career growth and a high-performing team
Plan, schedule, and coordinate residential and light commercial HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance projects
Develop, implement, and refine operational processes and best practices to drive efficiency and consistency
Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards
Manage vendor relationships, equipment, and inventory to optimize resources and reduce costs
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business growth
Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, business development, and customer retention

Qualification
Required
Valid North Carolina HVAC License – Heating Group 3, Class I Contractor (qualifying the company for residential and light commercial work in Fuquay‑Varina)
5+ years of experience in HVAC operations, leadership, or management
Strong leadership mindset with a focus on coaching and developing teams
Comprehensive technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installations, and service
Customer-focused with a commitment to quality and integrity
