Responsibilities
Lead, support, and architect NetSuite implementations, configurations, and optimizations, ensuring alignment with business requirements
Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, define project scope, and drive adoption
Analyse and map core financial processes (e.g., General Ledger, AP/AR, Revenue Recognition, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain, Financial Reporting)
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into NetSuite solutions
Configure and customize NetSuite, including workflows, scripts, saved searches, and reports, to enhance system functionality and integrate with third-party applications
Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within NetSuite
Provide user training, support, and documentation to ensure effective system adoption
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration and system scalability
Assist in data migration, system testing, and troubleshooting during implementation and post-go-live support
Stay up to date with NetSuite updates and industry best practices to provide proactive recommendations. Assist with NetSuite Practice Development and Business Development activities
Mentoring junior resources in the team
Qualification
Required
5-6 + years of experience in NetSuite implementation and consulting, with a focus on financial modules
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and core business processes
Hands-on experience with NetSuite configurations, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and saved searches
Experience in business process mapping and optimization within NetSuite
Lead data migration efforts, including data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading into NetSuite
Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong background in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies with experience using tools like JIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project
Experienced in writing deliverables such as BRDs, TDDs, SOPs, Project Plans, as well as supporting sales cycles by drafting SOW, COs, Proposals, etc
NetSuite Certification required (NetSuite SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Administrator, NetSuite ERP Consultant, etc.)
Preferred
CPA or finance background is a plus
Experience with SuiteScript, integrations, or other ERP systems is a plus
