Part-Time/Full-Time Bookkeeper

Responsibilities
Managing bank/credit card feeds in QuickBooks Online
Coding transactions accurately and consistently (using firm and client guidelines)
Reconciling accounts (bank and credit card) monthly
Identifying issues such as duplicates, uncategorized items, and unusual activity—and escalating questions appropriately
Communicating with internal team members on client status, questions, and priorities
Preparing work for review and applying feedback/corrections as needed
Maintaining clear documentation/notes in firm systems
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Great organization and time-management skills
Comfort using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Ability to learn and implement new technology quickly
A client-service mindset (professional, responsive, and helpful)
Ability to switch between tasks and clients efficiently
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred)
Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
