The Customer Analytics Intern will support the team by analyzing customer data to uncover insights that improve customer experience and business performance, offering hands-on experience with real data and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities
Analyze customer and performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
Build and maintain basic reports and dashboards
Assist with ad hoc analysis to support business and customer experience initiatives
Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports
Present findings in a clear, easy-to-understand way for stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater at time of application
At time of application, you must be enrolled in an educational institution
Currently pursuing a degree in Analytics, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools a plus
Ability to communicate insights clearly and work collaboratively
