Responsibilities
Run demos and onboarding calls for new trials
Guide customers through integrations, skill setup, and early use cases
Live in Slack Connect, managing a high volume of accounts with short, high-signal responses
Identify friction points and feed insights back to product
Build lightweight documentation and playbooks as you learn what works
Qualification
Required
Curiosity over credentials - you like learning how things work and figuring out problems on the fly
Technical aptitude - comfortable with APIs, integrations, and light technical work (no engineering background required)
Strong written communication - you'll write more messages in a day than most people do in a week
High volume tolerance - you can context-switch across dozens of accounts without dropping threads
Relationship instincts - you're genuinely interested in helping people succeed, not just closing them
