Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination of scheduling and programming at designated school sites
Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with funder and agency requirements
Assist in the coordination of development and implementation of services delivered during the afterschool program
Assists in the oversight of the daily operations of the program
Facilitate partnerships with appropriate public and private agencies that provide services to the students and families
Assist in the implementation of procedures and policies for operation of the after-school program
Establish and maintain communication with members of the school staff about student needs and aspects of the afterschool program
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Service or related field OR Equivalent combination
Excellent communication, organizational and time management
Group facilitation and student/ classroom management skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
