Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using modern UI frameworks
Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and client teams to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences
Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility compliance (WCAG), and optimal performance
Participate in onsite client meetings, requirement gathering, and solution presentations
Implement best practices for code quality, security, and maintainability
Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues promptly
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when needed
Qualification
Required
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) – Expert level
Strong experience with React.js (preferred) or Angular/Vue.js
TypeScript proficiency
Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Context API)
Experience integrating RESTful APIs / GraphQL
Knowledge of responsive design principles and frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards
Proficiency with Git and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite)
Excellent communication and client-facing skills – ability to interact with business stakeholders effectively
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and onsite coordination
Ability to lead UI discussions, provide technical recommendations, and influence design decisions
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Adaptability to change priorities and client needs
Preferred
Experience with performance optimization and SEO best practices
Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD)
Understanding of security best practices for front-end applications
