This role focuses on developing and overseeing replenishment projects to achieve Amazon's goal of being water positive by 2030, working with global partners to enhance water system efficiency and restore watersheds.

Responsibilities
Work with external partners to source replenishment projects for 10-15 watersheds per year
Manage relationships with existing partners and ensure that projects deliver sustainable benefits for targeted watersheds
Work with the Amazon Worldwide Sustainability Water Replenishment team to track project pipeline for replenishment projects in targeted watersheds
Work with internal teams to complete contracting and payment processes for all projects
Work with external partners to identify and validate volumetric benefits of replenishment projects
Work on concurrent projects in multiple geographical regions
Communicate publicly about Amazon’s water stewardship work
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field
5+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience, or a PMP certificate and 5+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience with end-to-end project management
Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
Strong understanding of corporate water stewardship, international water and sanitation programs, watershed restoration, or water technology
Preferred
7+ years' work experience in water resources management, international development, or other relevant field
