Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve pre-established revenue goals and increase occupancy
Lead and mentor a dynamic team of sales and marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with the resort’s mission, vision, and values
Identify target customers for the company, and then orchestrate a strategic plan to sell and market directly to those individuals and groups
Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
Direct advertising, promotional events, public relations, and digital campaigns
Research competitors to stay current with similar products or services on the market
Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets
Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers to the product or service
Attend business trips domestically
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree
5-7 years experience in Corporate Sales
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Supervisory work experience
Ability to speak, read, and write Japanese
Must be able to travel domestically
