Responsibilities
Guide and support our installation team, providing training, direction, and feedback to ensure successful project outcomes
Equip the team with the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to excel, offering hands-on support throughout each project
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about project progress, timelines, and any important updates
Stay up to date on our products and services to provide expert advice to both the team and customers
Conduct regular inspections to ensure every installation meets our rigorous quality standards
Lead pre- and post-installation meetings to review project execution, address issues, and identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate to ensure timely and seamless project delivery
Review completed job files for accuracy and completeness after each project
Plan and coordinate remodeling projects and service calls to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines
Use Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting, and maintain accurate project records in our CRM system
Warehouse, deliveries, and inventory stocking. Field measurements and light service
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction or remodeling
Reliable transportation to and from the office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to improving processes
Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
