Responsibilities

Own the end‑to‑end creation of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs)

Translate business goals into actionable, engineering‑ready requirements and user stories

Define functional flows, acceptance criteria, and non‑functional requirements

Create, maintain, and manage Jira epics, user stories, tasks, and defects

Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, prioritization, and delivery tracking with engineering and project management

Maintain technical documentation including data flow diagrams, integration designs, UML workflows, and system interaction models

Lead or participate in technical discussions, requirement walkthroughs, and solution reviews

Act as liaison between engineering teams, product leadership, and external partners

Own and maintain technical knowledge bases and documentation repositories (e.g., Confluence)

Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies before they impact delivery

Ability to work directly with engineers on technical designs and trade‑offs
