Responsibilities
Own day-to-day field service across the local region (GA, TN, AL): installations, service calls, and preventive maintenance
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on CNC machining and turning centers
Resolve customer issues with urgency; deliver light end-user training and support sales efforts as needed
Communicate clearly with customers, teammates, and partners across different roles and backgrounds
Represent Ellison Technologies with professionalism and integrity in every interaction
Take end-to-end ownership of cases and projects; maintain accurate customer records and technical documentation
Pitch in on other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and/or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers
Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical domains
Excellent communication, documentation, and customer-service instincts
