Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive primary care services to participants of AltaMed’s Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)
Play a central role within the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), ensuring high-quality, patient-centered, and regulatory-compliant care
Manage a defined panel of participants, promoting wellness, preventing illness, and coordinating care with specialists and IDT members
Qualification
Required
Primary Care Physicians who are Board-certified and eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics
Physician with an active unrestricted CA license to practice medicine by the Medical Board of California
Previous experience with computer-based systems required
Current DEA license required
A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines
Preferred
Electronic Medical Records experience preferred
