Collection Representatives are responsible for outbound calling as well as accepting incoming calls regarding past due accounts and securing payments on accounts that are past due
Qualification
Required
Fluency In Both English And Spanish Is Required
1-3 years of previous collections experience is required
High School diploma or equivalent
2 years previous call center experience
Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude
Ability to problem solve and multitask
Willingness to maintain confidentiality
Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone
Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up)
Hard wired connection required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots)
Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
