Responsibilities
Provide programmatic support and management services for the development, program management, sustainment and maintenance of current foreign-operated TWS
Provide support for budget development, execution tracking and the generation and tracking of financial documents using various Navy and DoD electronic data systems such as NERP, SharePoint, CSPT, IDE, Management Information System - International Logistics (MISIL), Defense Integrated Financial Service, PMT, Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP) and Electronic Data Access (EDA)
Maintain, consolidate, and organize databases of budgetary status information based on information provided through N-ERP. Perform budget execution including tracking status of obligations and expenditures in detail by year, appropriation, and program for financial reconciliation for all funds; update/develop spreadsheets and financial status briefs and presentations; prepare financial documents in preparation for FMS case closure
Prepare financial charts and input for briefings in support of mid-year reviews, budget execution reviews, spend plan reviews and various other program briefings
Track and monitor financial documents through the routing and approval process
Participate in preliminary financial reviews and prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the IPT Leads and FMS case managers
Various IPT Leads supported as applicable
Qualification
Required
BA/BS Degree in Financial Management, Technical, or Business analysis discipline
Over ten (10) years of relevant experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
U.S. Citizenship is required
Demonstrates knowledge of DoD Federal Management Regulations (FMR), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), PPBE, and DoN procurement policies and procedures experience
Navy ERP knowledge is required
Preferred
Experience in case reconciliation, case management, and case closure
Experience in maintaining Case Execution Performance Tool (CEPT)
Demonstrated knowledge of FMS financial policies and procedures
A working knowledge of DOD SAP policies and procedures relating to FMS
Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP) experience
Defense Integrated Financial System (DIFS) experience
Experience in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP)
Experience in Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS)
Experience in Management Information System for International Logistics (MISIL)
Experience with other DoD financial automated accounting & budgeting systems
