Responsibilities
Executes event support requests including organizing all requests in our task management tool (Monday), developing 3–4 unique email blasts per event, assigning event flyer creation, and managing Eventbrite setup
Measures and reports on the performance of event initiatives against goals and defined KPIs
Stays curious with data and A/B testing to evaluate, bring forward, and implement ways to continually improve performance and results
Executes social media requests and support content promotion initiatives
Conducts directory listing audits and support Google Business Profile setup, reviews, reporting, and audits
Publishes blog posts aligned with program service lines and SEO/AIO best practices
Conducts competitor research and summarizes insights
Supports attribution review of admission data and reporting initiatives
Assists in the uploading of marketing receipts and documentation
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, communications, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a corporate or agency environment
Valid driver's license
Vehicle insurance
Clear driving record
Demonstrates a passion for building something new, learning, digging in, and finding solutions
Demonstrates a curiosity with data and using it to inform actions
Demonstrates excellent project management skills
Demonstrates the ability to connect quickly with others and build relationships
Demonstrates the ability to manage and action on a wide variety of simultaneous projects

Preferred
Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Hubspot)
Working knowledge of attribution platforms (Invoca)
Working knowledge of Salesforce (our CRM)
