Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and system components
Support system implementation and integration activities
Develop and execute unit, integration, and system-level testing
Work with Database Management Systems (DBMS) to support application functionality and data integrity
Troubleshoot software defects and implement corrective actions
Prepare technical documentation and support system maintenance activities
Coordinate with engineers, system administrators, and project staff as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or another related scientific or technical discipline or Three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field may be substituted for the bachelor's degree
Three (3) years of experience as a Software Engineer
At least two (2) years of experience working with Ada, SQL, or third/fourth generation programming languages in the design and implementation of systems
At least one (1) year of experience working with Database Management Systems (DBMS)
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
Preferred
Prior experience supporting and maintaining CCTV, Security Systems, Access Control Systems, Perimeter Intrusion Detection Systems, Emergency Call Systems, and Audio/Visual systems
