Responsibilities
Lead ITS, CAV, and V2X technology projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget & technical objectives
Oversee deployment, integration, & evaluation of advanced transportation systems, including automation technologies, traffic management solutions & connected vehicle applications
Serve as the primary liaison with partners translating stakeholder needs to actionable system & program requirements
Support business development activities, including proposal writing, client engagement, opportunity identification, & technology transfer strategies
Prepare & deliver technical documentation, reports, & presentations while ensuring compliance with ITS standards
Guide teams through risk identification, mitigation planning & quality assurance across multi-stakeholder transportation technology initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Transportation, or related field
7+ years of experience in ITS or transportation technology
3+ years of project management or technical leadership
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder ITS/CAV/V2X projects
Strong understanding of ITS architectures, CAV/V2X systems, emerging mobility technologies, & systems engineering principles
Proven business development experience, including opportunity identification, partnership building, and supporting proposal development
Active Public Trust clearance
