Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC/air conditioning systems on customer sites; restore equipment to normal operation promptly and safely
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and system checks to prevent failures and reduce downtime
Complete service reports clearly and accurately (symptoms, root cause, corrective actions, parts replaced)
Coordinate with HQ in China for technical escalation, parts/resources, and field feedback to support product improvement
Provide customer technical guidance/training and build long-term customer relationships
Qualification
Required
Degree or certification in HVAC / Mechanical / Electrical (or equivalent hands-on experience)
Solid field service experience; able to use diagnostic tools and complete repairs independently
Valid driver's license; willing to travel for on-site service
Strong ownership, customer service mindset, and communication skills
U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) only
