Human Resource Analyst 1
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a Human Resource Analyst 1 to join the Pennsylvania Game Commission. This role involves performing professional analysis in classification, conducting desk audits, providing consultation to managers, and preparing job specifications.

Responsibilities
Perform professional analysis in the area of classification and specification development
Conduct classification desk audits for a variety of clerical, technical, and professional occupations within the Pennsylvania Game Commission
Provide classification consultation, advice and technical assistance to PGC managers regarding classification issues, and organizational recommendations
Consult with Office of Administration staff to discuss post audit findings and prepares supporting documentation to justify technical classification determinations
Prepare new and revised class specifications as needed
Perform appropriate job analysis and pay study
Qualification
Required
Successful completion of the Human Resource Management Trainee program (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
One year as a Human Resource Assistant 2 or an Equal Opportunity Assistant (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
One year of paraprofessional analytical experience and a bachelor's degree; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
