Director, Distribution Sales
Simply Brands is redefining low-voltage distribution and is seeking a high-impact Director of Distribution Sales to enhance their presence in the channel. This strategic role involves building executive-level relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the company becomes the preferred low-voltage brand among top distribution partners.
Responsibilities
Own revenue and profitability across SB’s B2B distribution channel, focusing on our top 20–30 partners in North America
Strengthen and expand our distribution network by evaluating current and potential partners for coverage, capability, and alignment
Drive demand by forecasting needs, influencing stocking levels, and connecting end users to the right distribution partners
Launch targeted promotions tied to new products, stocked items, and corporate priorities
Partner closely with regional and inside sales teams to maximize channel performance
Track market trends and competitive activity, sharing insights that shape product and go‑to‑market strategy
Qualification
Required
Based near one of our offices: Austin, TX; Kansas City, MO; Ft. Lauderdale, FL; or Greenville, SC
3–5+ years of experience in IT, Security, Electrical, AV, or related low‑voltage industries
Bachelor's degree
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust at all levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (ZOHO, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
