Responsibilities
Perform daily invoicing and billing for goods and services
Accurately apply customer payments in Epicor and resolve discrepancies
Maintain documentation of invoice distribution and customer communications
Respond to customer inquiries and provide supporting documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing
Assist with collections and follow-up activities
Support process improvements and cross-functional financial tasks
Provide assistance to other divisions as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in invoicing, billing, cash applications
Proficiency with Epicor ERP or similar financial systems
Strong understanding of the order-to-cash process
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive, customer-focused approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
