Responsible for providing exceptional service to our members by identifying and recommending appropriate products and service solutions based on the members financial needs
Responsible for a variety of services, including, but not limited to opening accounts, closing accounts, renewing certificate accounts, transactions, and assisting members with financial education
Responsible for educating members on Credit Union technology
Effectively role models the Credit Union’s Core Values
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
One (1) year financial institution experience or three (3) years of customer service experience for every year of financial institution experience required
